What we collect, what we do with it, and the terms your order is sold under.
Only what an order needs: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the items you ordered. If you call us, we keep a note of the conversation so the next person you talk to does not make you repeat it.
We use it to ship and support your order and to reach you about it. We may email you about products and offers if you have bought from us or signed up; every one of those emails can be stopped by replying and asking us to stop.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the carriers, payment processor and service providers who need it to complete your order.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If we find an obvious pricing or listing error on your order, we contact you before it ships and refund any difference.
Your order is placed when your card payment is approved at checkout. You get an email confirmation from us.
Follow the directions on the label. If you are not sure a product suits your vehicle or equipment, call before you use it — that call is free.
We warrant that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to their published specifications. Our responsibility on a defective product is replacement or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
