Shipping & Returns

Free shipping over $150, and a guarantee with no clock on it.

Free shipping on orders over $150

Orders over $150 ship free in the U.S. Everything counts toward the $150 — treatments, fuel and diesel conditioners, 2-cycle oil, spray lube, grease and case lots — except motor oil.

Motor oil never ships free and does not count toward the $150. It ships by weight, and the cart shows the charge before you pay.
Under $150: shipping is by weight — $6.95 up to 1 lb, $9.95 up to 3 lb, $14.95 up to 10 lb, $24.95 up to 25 lb, $39.95 over 25 lb.
Orders ship from Whitehall, Montana, usually the same business day.

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back

Use ProTecta and judge the results — in your WearCheck oil analysis or in how your engine runs. If you are not satisfied, call us and we refund your money. There is no 30-day clock: a before-and-after oil analysis takes more than one oil change, and we want you to see the results first.

How it works

Call 800-735-6438 or email sfrcorp@sfrcorp.com and tell us what you bought and what you saw.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Returning product is at SFR’s discretion — please call before you ship anything back.
If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we replace or refund it, freight on us.
